Superate Academy

My name is Laura Fierce, and my story began in Venezuela.

I was born and raised in Venezuela, where I learned that faith, education, and perseverance have the power to transform lives.

At just 16 years old, after graduating from high school, I was selected to teach children in underserved communities who had never had the opportunity to learn how to read and write. Many had been left behind by the educational system and had little hope of continuing their education.

Together with a dedicated team of educators, we helped these children achieve the equivalent of a sixth-grade education, opening the door for them to continue into high school.

Years later, I watched many of those same children graduate from high school, earn college degrees, and become teachers, nurses, physicians, entrepreneurs, business professionals, and community leaders.

Witnessing their transformation changed my life forever.

It taught me a lesson that has guided every step of my journey:

When you invest in a child, you don’t just change one life—you change generations.

At 19 years old, I immigrated to the United States carrying little more than faith, determination, and the dream of building a better future.

Like many immigrants, I had to learn a new culture, overcome countless obstacles, and earn every opportunity through perseverance, hard work, and God’s grace. Those experiences strengthened my belief that where you begin should never determine where you finish.

Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege of leading organizations, developing high-performing teams, mentoring leaders, and turning vision into measurable results. Throughout my career, I discovered one universal truth:

Every successful organization is built on people who understand their purpose, believe in a shared mission, and are empowered to lead.

That realization brought me back to the lesson I learned as a 16-year-old teacher.

If those same principles can transform organizations, imagine what they can do for a child.

That conviction became Supérate.

My vision is for Supérate to become a global movement that equips children and young people to rise above adversity and become leaders who transform their families, communities, and nations.

I have spent the last two decades growing organizations.

Now, I am committed to using everything I have learned to help grow the next generation of leaders.

Because I have seen what happens when one child discovers their value.

One child changes a family.

A family changes a community.

A community changes a nation.

And that is how the world is transformed.
